When will I receive my order?
Most logoed items are made to order. Please allow 2 weeks, plus transit time (up to 5 business days) for your custom-decorated items to arrive. Items may arrive sooner, and if you ordered multiple items, they may arrive at different times. If you have a specific in-hands date, please contact Customer Service BEFORE placing your order to determine your best options.
Will I receive all items from my order together?
The chances are good that each item on your order will arrive separately, from different locations, and on separate days. We utilize a network of production facilities around the country to get you the items you need when you need them, and at the best price.
I need my items quickly. Do you have a rush service?
We have the ability in many cases, to get custom-logoed items to you in a very short time frame. If you have a firm in-hands date, and need your items rushed to your location, please contact customer service BEFORE placing your order, so we can guide you in the right direction.
Do you keep all items in stock with each logo?
Besides a few rare items, we do not keep any stock of promotional items. All items are made to order and are branded with the logo you choose after you place your order.
How do I pay for my order?
As a Wyndham property, you may choose to pay for the order immediately using a credit card, or choose to be billed using a Purchase Order (NET 30 Terms). Use of a credit card (or P Card) requires that you enter the correct billing name and address for the credit card in the appropriate fields at checkout. Using a Purchase Order requires you to enter your Business Unit, Account Code and Department Number on checkout. Please note that we do not bill GL codes internally. If you choose the Purchase Order checkout method, we will email an invoice to the email address on the order.PLEASE NOTE: When using the Purchase Order checkout method, we are only able to ship to the Wyndham property address, unless specific arrangement has been made ahead of time.
Can you ship my order to any location/ address?
If you paid for your order with a credit card upon checkout from the store, we are able to ship your order to any address. When using the Purchase Order checkout method, we are only able to ship to the Wyndham property address, unless specific arrangement has been made ahead of time.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary by the product ordered, quantity ordered and the shipping address being delivered to. You can use the Estimate Shipping and Tax function on the Shopping Cart page to estimate the shipping and tax for the items in your cart. Our store will always give you a shipping total before checking out.
I work at Wyndham. Do I get a discount?
This site is exclusively for use by Wyndham properties and employees. We leverage our long-standing vendor relationships and our sales volume with Wyndham to ensure we are displaying the best prices on each of the items on the store. If you feel your order is substantially larger and deserves a second look, please contact customer service before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate.
